Accessibility Statement

At ViewExport, we believe that software should be accessible to everyone. Our mission is to make it easier for legal, HR, and IT teams to search and store Slack exports, and that includes ensuring our application and website can be used by individuals with disabilities.
Our Commitment
We are committed to making ViewExport’s website and SaaS application conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which is the widely accepted standard for digital accessibility. These guidelines help make web content more usable for everyone, including people with vision, hearing, mobility, and cognitive impairments.
What We're Doing
- Accessibility by design – We strive to build features and interfaces with accessibility in mind from the start.
- Regular testing – We periodically test with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA), keyboard navigation, and automated tools such as WAVE to identify issues.
- Color and contrast – We maintain color palettes that meet WCAG AA contrast standards for text and interactive elements.
- Alternative text – We provide alt text for images and labels for interactive controls.
- Continuous improvement – Accessibility is a process, not a one-time project. We track and log issues, and continue to improve with each release.
